Useless Betting company
I am writing this to express my absolute outrage at Betway South Africa’s handling of my Betslip ID: ***. I placed this bet today, 15-05-2026, at 14:45. The match between Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv FC and MS Football Hapoel Kiryat Yam started at 15:00, and the final result is already out as 2-0.
I contacted Betway live chat and spoke with Matshoae, but I was told that I must wait 24 hours. I do not understand the reason for this delay because the match has already been completed and the official result is available.
Can someone please assist me urgently regarding the settlement of my bet?
