"Unresulted Matches"
I have two Betslips which I've won yesterday and you guys haven't processed to my account. I report via Facebook inbox your response was the Betslips still have Unresulted Matches and I responded back that how come when I have the results for those matches since late yesterday and I can show you proof but service is very poor now the guys don't wanna respond I've tried via email, no response. Sent Whattsapp message still no response. Asked several times on Facebook inbox still NO RESPONSE!! This is very poor of you guys, so you mean to tell me you will wait 24 hours for matches that are already resulted?
