Unresolved query
Yesterday I wrote a review which was later removed by hello Peter, unfortunately my query it's still not resolved, I still have not received my winnings from Betway and now I don't know what to do and where else to go to seek help.

Apologies for the inconvenienced caused and frustration endured. The initial review was removed from the site on the bases of it being defamatory.
As advised on the mail that was shared not only to you, but all other effected customers, a technical delay was experienced on our end, and our team couldn't process Lucky Number payouts on a certain draw.
This issue is now remedied and all payouts due to you were paid accordingly. Our team will process the withdrawal request raised within the standard payment method.
