Unprocessed Withdrawal Payment
<div>My Bet on Saturday won and I withdraw the funds at 21:00pm then Sunday I received a SMS notification that I must submit a Bank statement which I emailed immediately that day. Come Monday I didn't any communication as to where's the payments process regarding my withdrawal.So I enquired only to find nobody bothered to verify the documents they asked for until I enquired. I was then informed my banking details have been verified and payment has been made to my bank account and this was at 15:00pm meaning these funds were suppose to reflect later that evening but they didn't. I enquired again today and now I'm been informed that as soon the process is completed I will be notified by SMS/email meaning yesterday I was deliberately misled knowingly that my transaction hasn't been processed as yet. It's getting towards end of business today and I haven't received any notification regarding my payment. My conclusion with Betway is you have to beg for your winnings. Regards. </div>
