Unpaid withdrawal

I have been trying to withdraw money from my betway account since 27th of November 2021 and I still haven’t received my money. I have spoken to a Betway agent via app chat and I was told I need to submit FICA documents, which I did submit on the 01st of December 2021 but still I haven’t received my money. Every time I contact them they tell me that the will inform FICA department for almost two weeks now. This is unacceptable and frustrating!
