Unpaid withdrawal
I AM STILL WAITING FOR YOUR APPROVAL OF THE DOCUMENTS I SENT UPON YOUR REQUEST IN ORDER FOR TO PAY OUT MY WITHDRAWAL REQUEST. I SENT THE DOCUMENTS ON TUESDAY AND ON WEDNESDAY UNTIL TODAY I AM STILL WAITING. MY ACCOUNT NUMBER IS *** I'M Mhlengi ndhlovu. I need my money please I've been ignored for too long

27 Aug 2021, 19:28been trying to make a withdrawal and first was requested to submit a copy of my ID and bank confirmation through *, which I did. Now you further request that I send "the front and back of the bank card used to credit your Betway account". This is no more the FICA verification process. Is this even allowed. But I sent all that I'm still waiting 5 days now
