Unlocking my account
I had a bad experience because my account was hacked when I was supposed to have won a larger amount and there was a cash out made as a withdrawal, lucky for me the amount was reversed and my account locked before making any withdrawal but after some time I send everything needed to unlock it and the money which was there was nowher to be found. The agents who helped me are so understanding and so greatly willing to help. Still waiting for another call from them and am great full for their help, just hope they get to the bottom of it.thanks again. Much appreciated
