Unhappy customer who has wasted airtime trying to get help!!!!!!
I’m quite disappointed with the service I’ve gotten from betway. I bought a voucher online, OTT voucher, it kept loading and would not go through or even give an error message. I’ve spoken to more than 5 different agents trying to get the help I need, and have sent 3 emails since 11 April 2024. All I’ve done is waste my airtime and the last agent I spoke to today kept putting me on hold for a total of 20 minutes. I don’t understand why it’s hard for them to resolve something so simple. Their chat option keeps me waiting for longer minutes until it automatically sends an error. I don’t know what to do at this point, it looks like I’m not going to get any of the help I need.

It’s good to know that you guys can actually be helpful when you want. The voucher was not redeemed. It has just been loading nonstop, since the day I bought it. If it was indeed redeemed then it would show the error message when I try to load it. Guess what it still does, it just loads nonstop. I think we can all see that I’m not the problem here. I can send you more proof that the voucher just keeps loading, as it has been since last week Thursday. If this is how this issue is resolved then I’m going to have to take further complaint steps.

16 Apr 2024, 20:32I just tried it again and it says the voucher is invalid. That’s a strange error message for a voucher than has apparently been redeemed. I’m going to need you guys to do better than just ignoring me for days, only to now come with a response that is baseless and I mean this with all respect.
