Unhappy Customer

Very Bad and i am unhappy bevause i was still playing a game and suddenly my winnings droped from 300 rand to 25 and then i got an sms telling me that i must go to spar or pep or boxer to withdraw my winnings i did not even do a withdrawel i was still playing and when i went to spar and pep to try to withdraw my 300 rand the voucher pin and code gave me it said invalid now i keep on sending them emails to reverse that 300 or to pay it back directly in my bank account nobody is helping me if i do nt get my 300 back i am going with all the evidence and oen a case of theft against them they do not help me when i try to send messages nor emails this is not on
