Unhappy client

Im very unhappy client Betway has disappointed me bigtime im a dedicated client to them but when i have a complain they fail to resolve it, i did void a ticket before the games started and thru the 90 minutes i have been complaining that i did void this why from Betway side they didnt void it, and the only answer i could get was the ticket was already resulted while i did complain far before the ticket was resulted and the site did allow me to void it didnt give me any errors. As much as i explained to them but i was told there is nothing we can do the ticket was resulted as a loss the loss and win was not my issue the issue the void which didnt happened.

And remember i have send mails, whatspp, and chat site as well, hope this will be resolved and i can be a happy client again and continue with this betting site as im planning to close my account due to the service i have got.

And you can check your records im not a person who complains lossing big monies or anything i dont complain, this time around i know i did void the ticket and it was showing that are you sure you want to void and i pressed yes it was successfull i was surprise when i was told that from Betway side its not showing therefore there is nothing we can do as the ticket was resulted, im really upset and disappointed🤞🤞

As per our terms and conditions, all bets are final. Once you have confirmed your bet, you cannot cancel the bet. Please take this in consideration when you approve the bet.

Im not disputing the loss of the ticket, hows your system working if it can from my side allows me to void and you guys are saying on your system its not showing?

The void was not done on live play the games were not playing at all when i did the void, and from my site it ask if im sure i want to do the void and i have confirmed tht and it was successfully why will it show successfully on my side, i started complaining when i saw that the void was taking long. So the games was not at live play and this i have been explaining several times

We again refer you to the terms of service, agreed to when you registered your account, we clearly indicate that once a bet has been placed, this cannot be cancelled https://www.betway.co.za/terms-and-conditions. In regard to the void or edit Bet option, please note that the betlip had 2 bets active, you would not have been able to void the second bet as at the time this was the last bet left on the slip - even if this happened to have been still active at the time, the rules for voiding bets  will not allow to void the last leg on a slip.   1. Selections can only be voided on multibets.
  2. Customer voids are only allowed if the selection is pre-match.
  3. There must be at least 1 pre-match selection remaining on the betslip.
  4. Voids can be actioned only on the selections that haven’t started, provided there is 1 pre-match event remaining. 
  5. Voids by customers cannot be done on Live-In-Play or Outrights.
  6. Once a player voids an event, this action cannot be reversed. 

A void is only completed once confirmed and will indicate as voided on the slip, until this is verified / confirmed and shows as voided as an indication "Player Void"  - please do not assume that the void was successful. 

Regrettably, as explained, the void was not confirmed and the bet lost - the account was locked as a decision made by the host based on the conversations had and again in line with our terms regarding termination.

Betway is cheating ppl causing their own client trauma by using their system as excuses.
