Unfairly holding my withdraw

I didn't know my money was not safe with betway as they change rules whenever it suits them, my deposits can't withdraw because they have always approved my withdrawals with no rules but suddenly I'm told to wager my monthly deposits and it's not my fault that they were not insisting on wagering with other deposits.
