Unfair play
Unprofessional customer service and unfair ******* decisions. They owe me a R500 of which they've told me its confiscated after indefinitely closing my Betway account. They're telling me they will not give me back voucher because of Ts & Cs breach. I understand that but still they still need to give me back my money and that is all I am asking for. I do not care about the account being closed
