Unexplained Account Blockage – Request for Immediate Resolution

My *** has been locked without a clear explanation, despite having active bets and funds in my ***. I am disappointed by how quickly it is to lock an ***, while resolving customer issues takes so long.

I've been sending emails, making phone calls, Dm's to both Facebook page and Twitter and still no help! I'm exhausted!!
