Uncertain withdrawal status

I was play on the app and won R300 on Sunday around mindnight, and withdrawal the money but it has showed up as yet been trying to communicate and understand what happening but to no avail they are not giving me a proper response they keep claiming one of their agents will call me but that has not happened as yet its so frustrating.
