Unbelievably upsetting!!

Whatw is going on at Betway?? I have been trying to make a withdrawal for way over a month now with no luck! I have set COUNTLESS fica emails and they don’t respond. I even sent the documents to support and even with the promised turnaround time, nothing happens. All the agents via chat always promise that it will be sorted and that they will escalate the matter personally and nothing happens. Last night, the agent I spoke to ‘promised’ me that my withdrawal would be processed and i still got that stupid message requesting my bank statement!! I am tired of this mess. BETWAY I WANT MY MONEY. It’s so easy to deposit money but withdrawals are where y’all draw the line??? UNACCEPTABLE!!
