Unacceptable withdrawal saga and appalling customer service (***)

Good morning,

I am utterly frustrated with Betway South Africa. For nearly a week, I have been unable to withdraw my funds because the money keeps reversing back into my gaming account.I have called support and spoken to multiple live chat agents, but every single person tells me a different story. One agent gave me reference number ***, while the last one simply told me to leave it alone and wait for the system and finance department to fix it. No one is actually providing a solution.

This is not my first time experiencing terrible service from Betway. They seem to prioritize profits over customers. I doubt they treat users abroad with this much incompetence.

My patience has run out.I demand that Betway’s finance department immediately look into my account, fix these constant reversals, and process my payout today
