Unacceptable service
I have made some winnings and I have uploaded my ID however Everytime it comes back as invalid document. It’s written on your system green ID book acceptable of which that is what I sent. I also sent an email to *** on the first of October.
How is this supposed to increase my consumer confidence in betway or find this company reliable when you won’t give me small winnings and I am struggling so much.
What will happen the day I win big money and just looking at it sitting in betway.
