Unable to withdraw funds

I have been trying to get a hold of an agent because I am unable to withdraw my funds. The wait time on the actual app is insane and then they just end your end I have been sending emails but still nothing has helped so disappointed and in need of my funds but even with calls I'm not getting anywhere with BETWAY. POOR COMMUNICATION
