TWO UNPAID WITHDRAWALS

I am extremely dissapointed with the way Betway treated me.I made withdrawal some few months back and as a results i was requested to submit FICA documents and betway confirmed to have received them.Despite that,my money was never paid until i gave up.I spoke to different consultants with no success. Again on monday the 29th of November 2021,i made another withdrawal and my money was never paid.On Friday the 3rd of December 2021,i called and they said my money would be paid,however after some few minutes,they sent me SMS that i should send my FICA docs and yet again i did send them but nothing has been paid out.

I don't understand why betway accepts my deposits if they don't want to pay whenever i make a withdrawal request.I am still waiting for nothing,absolutely nothing,i lost hope.
