Totally unhappy with what’s happening

I placed a bet and my selection was over 0.5 and Sassuolo won 1-0 against inter Milan and my selection was over 0.5 but on the Betway app it’s now showing the results as under 0.5 which has made my Betslip to now be under Settled bets and now the cash out is gone and all my teams for today have all been successful as placed ,and on the chat they don’t respond even on Facebook they never bothered to respond Betslip ID ; ***
