I have bet on the 11 October 2023 via betway app with 10 tickets, 8 of them have played and two did not play betway refunded 1 ticket from the 2 and I wrote to them (Betway) enquiring about the second ticket and they never get back to me the ticket cost R100 and the ticket number is ***
