Ticket given a loss while the game is still ongoing
I made a bet on multiple tickets with a cricket match of of Lions VS Titans and my bets were moved to settled bets before the match ended, before the Titans second bet the match was already made as a loss. now I have been disadvantaged and runing a bet blindly. I spoke to Lehlogonolo on te live chat but she couldnt re instate my bets to open bets. that means i lose out on benefits such as cashout. thats not fair, moving an open game ticket to a settled ticket is not fair. im unhappy with how betway treated this thing. the atch is playing but the ticket says I lost a bet on that match.
