Think twice before using Betway

Fun app, easy to deposit money but a nightmare to withdraw. I sent them a document on the app, after a couple of days it will say “bad quality”, so i sent them an email with clear ID copies,then stating “waiting for approval” .then silence……. Decided to enquire via Live chat and he told me it normally takes 48-72 hours to be processed, he flagged withdrawal request with Fica and i must wait another 48-72 hours, which i did. When i check again it says “bad quality”.

The emailed copies were as clear as a copy can be and still rejected, its as if its company policy to frustrate the customer that he may give up or use winnings to gamble again. Win win situation for them.

I want my money please!
