They are stalling make payouts

I am extremely disappointed with Betway. For over a week, they have been evasive and providing excuses for not fulfilling my withdrawal request. While depositing funds is effortless, attempting to withdraw winnings has proven to be a challenging process. Despite having an active account and completing FICA verification long ago, my withdrawal request was ignored initially. Upon contacting them, I was informed that I needed to undergo the FICA process again. I promptly provided the required documents and patiently waited. Now, after resolving the FICA process, I was informed that they encountered an issue with my bank, delaying the payment. Even after requesting an ewallet payout, I have yet to receive the funds. Their unresponsive phone lines add to the frustration. The lack of transparency regarding the prolonged delay in honoring my payment is concerning. I will provide updates on any progress related to this issue to assist others who may encounter similar challenges.
