There actually are some competent people working at Betway

I would like to write a review about Betway - South Africa.

After more than a week to try to get someone to understand that I just needed to change my phone number in order to be able to log into my account (getting many replies that I must provide the registered phone number {which I couldn't remember, and that was the whole problem}), at long last I got a positive reply from Boitumelo who seemed to be the only one to understand my problem, and nicely set out step by step what to do after he changed my number on the system.

Thanks Boitumelo, and also a thank you for Tony who followed up with very friendly service.

Hopefully you will find them if ever you can't log in because your phone number changed.
