the service is bad and they said they don't have turn around time for my enquiry

unhappy with betway they blocked me from withdraw from my account and giving me run around, after doing follow up on their chat and via call center was advised that my account is a under standard review, they're so ***********s to the point that they didn't send me any email nor to communicate with me. when i ask about turn around time or if the is any documents needed in order for me to use my account as per norm i was told that they have escalated the matter to the relevant department and they don't have a turn around time. so i want this matter be resolve as ASAP before i involve my Layers and social media will also know how ******* they're.
