The service from BandileB (call centre agent) was excellent actually superb. He was very patient with me and encouraged me to ask questions. While giving feedback that is informative and very helpful. I have been calling in to Betway for the past few days and I was not satisified with the help or the responses. But Bandile solved my query and I'm very happy. Thanks
