The only cares about us loosing money not winning

I made a withdrawal on Saturday and requested to send the bank statement that I sent it same-day and instead the money was refunded back into betway account and I tried cash send and instant payment still after four days I haven't received it ,I tried to contact them several times followed by chats until today when I chat with someone by the name Queenanne who was responding to me all of a sudden stopped the chats.i never thought a big company like that can easily take us for granted.
