Terrible service

I have been trying to withdraw funds for the past 3 weeks now, they asked me for documents which I provided, which I sent to they Fica and Support email addresses, I have called so many times and every time I get told it will be processed in 24 hours and this never happens.. I even spoke to people on the Live chat and was also promised that the funds will be processed within 24hours, People I have spoken to on Live Chat and on the phone was Neo, Toko, Brendon, Ted, Thabang, Preston.. Toko told me she personally attached my documents to my account for the verification team..everytime I asked for a supervisor or an escalation they say they supervisor doesn't take calls or emails and they will have them call me, this also never happens Really frustrating dealing with Betway..
