Terrible service! 24HOUR PAY OUT MY BACK SIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I have been having so many issues trying to get my money(winnings) from betway of which I won last week Tuesday!

1. They needed ID documents for FICA purposes in order for me to receive my winnings via FNB Ewallet. 2. ID document was uploaded on Sunday 25th April 2021. 3. The Ewallet option was taking to long for approval, so we then changed the withdrawal option to Standard bank instant money option, the winnings were more than the maximum amount i could withdraw so I broke the winnings up into R2000 and then R5000, they then asked for a 3 month bank statement - Bank statement was sent to payments@betway..... within 1 hour my R2000 was paid to me, however I waited for the R5000, my wife and I decided to reverse the R5000 back into the betway account so that we could use the FNB Ewallet option as it stated 24hour payout and my documents had finally been approved. 4. I withdrew the R5000 on Sunday 2 May 2021, they then ask me to send through a bank statement, by then I'm so fed up because I had already sent it. 5. I reach out to support and all they can tell me is that I have to wait 24-48 hours, I have been waiting since last week for my money, why can't anyone understand that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is the worse service I have received ever! I have called 14 times and chatted to agents over and over and no one can help!
