Technical error

I created 3 tickets with about 10 teams on each for the 07 April 2021. 7 of my teams won on matches that started at 16h00 and 18h45 respectively. I wasn't given an option to cash out while the other 3 matches were starting at 21h00. The cash out option was only available at 21h30 after the 21h00 matches had started.
