STUCK ON VERIFYING WITHDRAWAL FOR NO REASON
Betway is frustrating with withholding my winnings.
I got money in my account, but when I try to withdraw my money it gets stuck on verifying withdrawal when I track it, even after 24 hours has lapsed.
Tried contacting via email and or phone call but depleted my airtime through waiting for an agent. On live chat from the app, the agents don't respond, the only reply is from the AI robot (Betty).
Betway please resolve my issue ASAP. I've waited for too long, I need my money.
