I had a incident with betway which has since been removed due to it not meeting the standards allowed by Helo Peter's policies, however I do feel people should know that it was an ongoing situation for over an hour where there was emails sent back and forth by myself and the company, I was told I had withdrawn a certain amount which I was unaware of and later in the same breath after a continuous argument I wanted to present my proof turned into wager amounts and not withdrawal amounts, now a quick and simple understanding of wager amounts so every spin that grants a a small amount like eg: R1, R2 etc gets added up and after your session then gets calculated as a winning amount but not necessarily a withdrawal amount, I am a physical gambler and took on online gambling sometime in 2023, in all honesty I have never withdrawn anything more than R 700 in 2 incidents as a total amount and other than that 300 smaller amounts from the site and that I also have proof of because all withdrawal amounts enters into my bank account, this is not another query for now the query has been settled with the company, if at any point there are issues I will make sure to use this platform to find the solution.
