SID Deposit not showing on my Betway account!!!!!
I made instant deposit to betway for R200 on the 16nth of DEC using SID and the funds did not reflect on my Betway account. The following day I deposited R100 using SID and the funds did not reflect still. I called Betway and the requested that I send POP's for the 2 transactions and I did. I called Betway multiple times asking for this matter to be resolved and to date the issue is not resolved. I have been told about escalations and today is day 14 without my money reflecting.

01 Jan 2022, 08:41Today is the 1st of January 2022, my deposit is still not showing and to date no one has called me to advise on the process . I am really disappointed and all I want is my money back.
