SHUTDOWN BETWAY
I made a deposit via fnb app didn't reflect,got in touch with them WORST EXPERIENCE. Was told to send proof but they kept on saying they haven't received it.Spoke to Sabela, Ted and Rito most *********** employees ever, NO RESOLUTION NONE. Their live chat needs an upgrade its the slowest I have ever engaged in .Really they can learn a thing or 2 from their competitors who are using quick and efficient ways to service customers. **** SERVICE I received if there is a -0 rating you deserve it. You just wasted my time and data and left me sour for the day.
