Shortage of money

I did a withdrawal of two hundreds from using instant can of standard bank two days ago but to my surprise when I withdrew the money from the ATM only 100 came out Tried to reach Standard bank but they problem it's on betway side when I reach betway they tell me it's not their problem they send me 200 voucher yes I received the voucher but 200 voucher gave me 100

So to my guess they both can't help me I have a loss of 100 such big companies with big names can't help with such small amount it's a disgrace shame
