Short-payment on Winning Horse Racing

I am lodging a formal complaint regarding an incorrect payout on my horse racing multi-bet.All of my horse selections won their respective races. The Betway system displayed a clear final payout amount after calculating taxes, yet my account was short-paid by exactly R1,200. This is a direct system calculation error. I have tried contacting support with no response. I require an immediate manual review of my betslip and the release of my outstanding R1,200.
