Don't waste your time or money on Betway. Shocking service and nothing ever gets resolved after numerous escalation. When you follow up its the same answers " please allow more time" ITS BEEN MONTHS and they never take accountability even when proof is provided. So many reviews on here are about exactly the same issues I am still experiencing but they try say its a problem on my end...Really? I have not received fewdback from one of my issues that range from, balance and transactions balance dont match up, technical issues thay keep coming up and then Goodluck winning anything when that happens, money being deducted when im not even logged in, bonuses not triggering and IF they do by some miracle you hardly win anything. How can I get 17 free spins at a bet of R4 with a multiplier on x10 and only get R32...only 2 spins won and it was the bare minimum, then all of a sudden a technical error pops up and thats it...the list goes on.
