Settlement for the winning

On Tuesday, 10 February 2026, I placed a bet during the day when all teams were playing. All other matches were settled, but one remained unresolved even though my ticket had already won. I waited until the following day, but the ticket was still not settled, so I contacted your support team.

I was informed that I should wait 48 hours because the match was abandoned. However, my bet was on Over 2.5 Goals, and by the time the match was abandoned, 5 goals had already been scored. This means the condition of my bet was fully satisfied before the abandonment.

It is important to note that betting on goals does not require the match to end before the bet is settled. Once the specified number of goals is reached, the outcome is clear and the ticket should be paid out immediately. I always bet on goals, and the principle is the same: the bet is won as soon as the goal threshold is met.

I therefore kindly request that you release my winnings without further delay, as the result of my bet is undisputed and independent of the match’s completion.
