Service gone down the drain

I never experienced any problems with betway until the 1st of September 2026. I was playing and started winning and then suddenly R400 went off my balance i immediately went to live chat to find out what was going on i got connected to an agent who then blocked my account and kicked me out. Since then ive been trying to get through to an agent using live chat but never got connected to an agent again. I will be kept waiting for a whilst then suddenly the chatbot will say that i havnt responded in a long time then they will end the chat. I have emailed them using the support email address and the fica address. They never respond to emails or chat and when you call them they keep you holding until my airtime runs out. What must i do. Their customer service has gone down the drain.
