Service excellence
Having gone through a tedious process in resolving the issues I had, Tony made certain he does not lose his cool and kept mine in check and was responsive timeously all throughout and manged to resolve the issues at hand. I am truly impressed and at ease and I'd choose his service 7 days a week and twice on Sunday. Thank you
