Service

I have had a problem with Betway and was very dissatisfied with the service I was getting from them. Whenever I played ezugi and evolution my bets were being rejected at crucial times of betting. I logged onto their chat service and was assured someone would call me. After two weeks nothing happened. I was frustrated and was ready to cancel my membership with them. I contacted the support app to do this and I spoke to a reprasentitive Norman. I think that was his name. He put me at ease and apologised and really explained everything to me and humbly apologised. I feel much better and he has really restored my faith in Betway South Africa. Thank you for going the extra mile and really remedying a hopeless situation.
