I lost my phone and along with phone number and Email address,I mentioned to Betway consultant and was advised to do affidavit to prove I’m person I say I am.i did and sent this to Betway consultant in August,was also asked to send a SAFPA letter which I sent also.even today I still don’t have access to my account after calling in multiple times,only to be told to call in the next 48 hours with no help.frustrated please assist coz consultant says there is nothing they can do on their side
