Thank you for the review, your patience in awaiting a reply from us is also highly appreciated. 

Reply assistance on chat tends to be prolonged owing to the sheer number of players that require serving (Active and Queued chats) - Our team has witnessed an increase in this avenue.

This is no excuse, and we are working on onboarding more hands to assist, and with the inclusion of the chatbot, our hopes are to see more players assisted effectively and timely.
 
We ask that you bear with us, whilst we work on resolving this longstanding matter.
