Require pin to release a voucher
I have an unclaimed voucher from beltway via the Standard Bank instant money, worst part is that Betway can't assist in having my claim done but providing me with a pin for the voucher number received. I have called, chat via Betway app to numerous agents and lastly email. I have used all my effort by getting hold of them daily to have this escalated and still no feedback.
