I am formally complaining about repeated system failures on Betway’s Aviator game. On 15/01/2026 at 13:47, I tried to place a bet on a round I would have won, but the system did not allow it. Before this round, I had no connectivity issues, and I could access the platform normally. This appears to be a system-specific failure, not a network problem.

This is not the first occurrence. I previously reported similar incidents and even escalated to HelloPeter, where Betway suggested it might have been a network issue, without providing any evidence or logs. I am requesting a proper investigation, a written explanation, and details of measures to prevent this in future. Since customer support has failed to resolve this, I am escalating publicly for accountability and transparency.
