Refund unpaid
I am very disappointed of the support I'm receiving from betway live charts, I played a ticket of 4 games on the 3rd of February 2026, 3 games were canceled one postponed, but I never got a refund until today, I've been trying to get through a human being but unfortunately it's bots, it can't even understand my query, I sent to it my bestie ID, it keeps asking again and telling it's sorry it couldn't understand my query hhay, I'm so tired I don't what to do to get my refund.
