Refund my Deposit

I deposited R100 on the 27 December 2022 and have been in talks with Betway management taking me from pillar to post this is tiring because it happens for the second time this year , or is this the way to rip of the clients? I sent the two proof of payments but still couldn’t refund me back, I need my money
