Refund
I am very dissappointed in your service. About 3 weeks ago i have laid a complaint about a refund, instructed the agent to close my account because of no help, only to find out that he closed it reason as under age, of which im not. Now i cant be assisted because of the very same reason, this is unaccpetable. Please sort this out.
