Referral bonuses not paid

I referred 3 friends on the 29th of July, made sure that they make a deposit of R100 each and bet with it but to date I am still fighting for my referral bonus. Betway has the most disgusting customer service, I phoned them numerously, sent the a text on watsapp and sent them a DM on twitter but no one can help me. I even gave the referral code that was used but they keep telling me that there was no code generated or used. There is a that I won but its not settled so I have to wait for that so that I can withdraw and close this useless account.&nbsp;</div>
